Choose Your Binding Style
Every project is different. Here's how to pick the right binding for your booklet:
Most Popular Options
Saddle Stitch Binding
Best for: Programs, newsletters, menus, event booklets
The most economical binding method. Pages are folded in half and stapled along the spine with 2-3 wire stitches. Clean, professional, and fast.
- Page count: Must be in multiples of 4 (8, 12, 16, 20, 24, etc.)
- Max pages: Up to 96 pages (depending on paper weight)
- Turnaround: Fast—often same-week for rush orders
- Cover options: Self-cover (same paper throughout) or plus-cover (heavier stock cover)
- Add pockets? We can add a pocket inside the back cover for handouts or business cards
Event programs, church bulletins, conference agendas, product catalogs, real estate listings
Perfect Binding
Best for: Manuals, catalogs, annual reports, magazines
The "softcover book" look. Pages are glued together at the spine with a heavy cover wrapped around. Professional, durable, and allows for spine printing.
- Page count: Minimum 32 pages, maximum 500+ pages
- Spine Printing: .25" minimum for spine text printing
- Turnaround: Minimum of 5 to 7 working days
- Cover: Always uses heavier stock (80-100 lb cover) than interior pages
- Binding strength: Strong adhesive holds up to heavy use
Training manuals, annual reports, product catalogs, conference materials, policy handbooks, yearbooks
Additional Binding Options

Best for: Workbooks, planners, desk references

- Flat-open: Stays open at any page
- Durable: Withstands heavy repeated use
Training workbooks, calendars, cookbooks, instructional manuals

Plastic coil threaded through punched holes. Similar to Wire-O but with a softer, more colorful look.

- Colors: Multiple color options available
- Flat-open: Books lay completely flat
Proposals, presentation decks, student workbooks, instruction guides

- Cover: Choose from several cover materials, or a color printed cover
- Premium: Most durable binding option
- Customization: Foil stamping, embossing available
